Has my order been shipped yet?
Orders usually ships within 24 hours during business days.
The Pure White was a limited launch edition and we are now sold out. Previous orders will start shipping this fall.
I already placed a pre-order, what is happening with that?

Can I get Mutewatch at a physical store?
Yes, please see our page with retailers.
Please note that our retailers will start stocking the Charcoal Grey Mutewatch in mid-September and the Poppy Red in mid-October.

Q: What do I do if my Mutewatch is not responding?
A1: The battery might be too low. Plug it into a powered USB port for approximately 10 minutes. Then pull it out again for a few seconds and plug it in again twice. The blinking Mutewatch logo indicates that the battery is charging.
A2: The Mutewatch might be in hibernation mode. Plug it into a pow- ered USB port to awaken it.
Q: What do I do if my Mutewatch displays BATT when activated?
A: The battery level is low. Plug the Mutewatch into a powered USB port to charge it.
Q: How do I correctly plug my Mutewatch into a USB port?
A: Mutewatch recommends that you use the USB cable provided. Make sure that the metal contacts on the USB of your Mutewatch are facing upward and the USB logo on the USB cable is facing upward. Plug your Mutewatch into the USB cable. Subsequently plug the USB cable into a powered USB port, such as your computer.
Q: What do I do if the touchscreen is wet and does not work as expected?
A: Wipe the screen dry with a cloth and wait until the last moisture has evaporated.
